- Cincy Beerfest presents the Inaugural HOPS ON THE OHIO! SATURDAY OCTOBER 9! A totally unique craft beer event that has never been accomplished in the country (yes, we said country!!). There will be scores of great craft beers to sample, great food from local restaurants, live bands, and did we mention that this involves drinking incredible craft beers on a Bridge over the Ohio? There will beers only available in one state on their respective sides, rare special edition kegs from your favorite brewers, and so much more! More details and ticket info to follow shortly. Kentucky State Fair Homebrew Competition Results Congratulations Dave, and Josie!

Next, we have a lot of great news from the Kentucky State Fair, where Dave and Josie Dixon once again made the Malt Infusers proud by winning a slew of medals. If this keeps up, Dave and Josie are going to have to build a separate house just to have room to store all their awards and medals. Dave was also apparently runner up for Kentucky Homebrewer of the year. Here are the results:

Malt Infusers Adam Best To Be Featured In Brew Your Own Magazine

Adam Best will be featured in the October issue of Brew Your Own Magazine. The article will include pictures of Adam's brew setup and beer stuff in his basement man-cave. When you get a chance, pick one up and check it out!

Welcome all the the New Cincinnati Malt Infusers Website. There has been a lot of work put into developing and bringing together this revised tool for the club. I hope all like the new look. A few thing are still coming down the pike, but this is a start. Thanks go to Brian Meeker for all his hard work, Jennifer Crofoot for the revised header, and Mark Byron for the photo used.
