- Full competition details, including shipping addresses can be printed from this PDF.
- The Competition is open to all styles Beer, Meade and Cider. Special awards for traditional Fest style beers.
- Entry fee is $6.00 for the first entry, $4.00 for each additional entry.
- All entries must be preregistered by 10/3/2008 (see below for other date restrictions). Please print out your completed entry labels and attach to beer bottles with rubber band. Include entry fee (fold within label if you like). Flights will be fixed prior to event, so no late entries will be accepted.
- Entries are due by 10/11/2008. Entries will not be accepted later unless pre-registered and hand carried by registered judges or stewards. Two bottles per entry are required (Exception: Only one bottle for Meade and Cider). Bottles from 10 to 24 oz may be used (judges will be served beer in pitchers).
- Local entries can be dropped off at: Paradise Brewing Supplies, 7762 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH.
- You must complete one form per entry. For multiple entries use the comment section to note the total number of entries. For example: "Entry 1 of
3".
- Click the Submit button when finished. This sends your entry to the Competition Director. If you supply a valid email address you will receive an entry confirmation and a PDF document of the required entry labels. Please print this email and ship it, your labeled entries, and your check (Payable to CMI) to Conan Crofoot at the address in the email. A copy of this confirmation email, and a link to the label PDF will also appear here after you submit your entry form.
- Pre-registered judges and stewards who hand carry their entries to the competition, should mail a copy of their confirmation with an indication that you will be carrying in your entries and a check (Payable to CMI) to Conan Crofoot.
