The Cincinnati Malt Infusers May Brew Tour Stop will be for AHA Big Brew/National Homebrew Day on Saturday, May 7th beginning at 9am. We are changing things up a bit for this year, and meeting to brew at Rivertown Brewing, located at 607 Shepherd Lane in Lockland, just outside of Cincinnati. We will be homebrewing in the rear parking lot, by the loading dock, inside the brewery as well. If we have enough brewers, we can also all collaborate to make a 5 barrel batch of one of the Big Brew recipes on Rivertown’s pro system. Randy Schlitz will be giving us a tour of Rivertown and show us what happens on the professional level. We will be joined again by our friends from the Bloatarian Brewing League. We have also invited our area’s third AHA-sanctioned club Brewing Among Regional Friends (BAR Friends), as well as independent homebrew clubs Bridgetown Homebrew Club, College Hill Beer Club, Donauschwaben Homebrew Club, Mosh ‘n Brew, and the Pleasant Ridge Homebrew Club.
